walk-ins only

Dear Guests,
It is always our greatest pleasure to welcome you and share the experience we’ve so thoughtfully created. Your continued support and presence are what make our space so special.
As we continue to refine and elevate the Ni Tuyo experience, we will be transitioning to a walk-in only model and will no longer be accepting reservations for parties of any size.
This change allows us to better accommodate the natural flow of our guests and thoughtfully welcome those who join us spontaneously—something that has become an essential part of the energy and spirit of our dining room.
We understand that this is a shift, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we evolve in a way that allows us to serve you—and all of our guests—with the attention and care you deserve.
We look forward to welcoming you in, at your leisure.

With gratitude,
The Ni Tuyo Team

Ni Tuyo is the latest venture of the family that brought you Adelitas Cocina Y Cantina and La Doña Mezcaleria. Featuring Chef Silvia Andaya’s most successful, beyond the menu offerings, Ni Tuyo brings generational Mexican cuisine and eclectic, agave forward cocktails to the Bonnie Brae neighborhood.

not mine, nor yours.
this is a place for everyone

Silvia Andaya and her team, Adolfo Aguilar and Jose Lucambio will offer the gems of a decade’s worth of weekly specials and agave dinners at their new spot, Ni Tuyo, 730 South University in the historic Bonnie Brae neighborhood of Denver, Colorado.

Featuring a variety of molcajetes, eclectic tacos, and refined appetizers, Ni Tuyo will impress you with their food and have you returning for every reason. Join us on the patio for a precious mezcal and watch the magic of Colorado happen all around you.

CHEF FEATURE

A product of Colorado’s adoration of agave spirits, Ni Tuyo features the best expressions from each of the distillate’s categories.

A small, yet thoughtful collection of mezcal, tequila, sotol, raicilla and bacanora grace the shelves and copitas of her patrons and challenges the notion that such spirits are rustic yet unrefined.

Ni Tuyo promises humble authenticity both on the plate and in the cup for it is neither ours nor yours, but ours together.

At Ni Tuyo, we believe in taking care of our team. That’s why we add a small 4% service fee to every check—every penny of it goes directly toward higher wages, health insurance, paid time off, and making the restaurant industry a real, sustainable career for our staff.

We also want our team to be able to live near where they work and thrive in a city where costs keep rising. With the challenges of running a restaurant—rising expenses and tight margins—this small fee helps us make that happen.

We truly appreciate your support and understanding. Thank you for being part of our community!
